The Company Palamidas was founded by Spyridon Palamidas in 1981, starting as a retail store in the center of Nea Artaki, supplying the local market with fresh and frozen products of excellent quality to individuals and professionals. Over the years, through hard work, perseverance and prioritizing the right product to the consumer, we arrived at the beginning of 2010 to listen to the needs of the professional and to create our own standard unit for processing and standardization of frozen and fresh catches. The reins in this difficult project were taken over by Panagiotis Palamidas, the son of the founder.
Having the experience and knowledge through continuous appearances at exhibitions worldwide, we have secured the know-how to provide it in the domestic market, in an extremely sensitive category of food. The result found us to invest and create, in a space of 4 acres in the industrial area of NEAS ARTAKI, in the midst of crisis, a standard unit of 500sqm. We built deep freezing, maintenance chambers and acquired processing and packaging equipment, based on international standards.
Our new corporate identity in this project is Panagiotis Palamidas & Co. with the distinctive title PALAMIDAS FROZEN SEA FOOD .
Ensuring the refrigeration chain from the introduction to the supply of all frozen and non-frozen catches. We have developed exclusive partnerships with the leading suppliers of the species, both domestically and worldwide, in order to provide high quality catches at the lowest possible cost. We work closely with businesses of all sizes, from small restaurants to hotel units and catering companies.
We import and distribute products from the seas of the world, selecting raw material that has just been caught by state-of-the-art fishing vessels, ensuring the immediate freezing of the catch in a minimum period of time in order to preserve all the necessary nutrients.
We want the recognition to come from our work and the satisfaction of the professional and the consumer.
